Pyjama party

For her birthday,"J" wanted to invite some friends for a sleep-over. I though "Ok, lets have a pyjama party and make one!"  "J" was very excited and I was so proud of my idea. We bought some t-shirts (5$ each) to decorate and a fabric that all of them would like.  

Before the girls arrived, we cut the fabric in three different sizes and had to go buy more of it quickly. That's when I started to think this wasn't such a great idea. 

When the girls began to sew, I realized that some of the girls needed a lot of help (that's why there's no pictures of the making) and the pants were all way to big. It became evident this was the worst idea. 

But when it was all finished and I saw them all happy and proud in their matching pyjamas, I concluded this was a wonderful idea (but I will NEVER do it again!).

Pour son anniversaire, "J" souhaitait inviter quelques amies à venir dormir à la maison. J'ai pensé "Ok, faisons un "pyjama party" et faisons-en un."J" était très enthousiaste et j'étais tellement fière de mon idée. Nous avons acheté des t-shirt (5$ chacun) à décorer et un tissus qui pouvait plaire à toutes. 

Avant que les filles arrivent, nous avons coupé le tissus dans trois tailles différentes et j'ai été obligée d'aller en acheter plus en vitesse. C'est là que j'ai commencé à penser que ce n'était pas une idée si géniale. 

Quand les filles ont commencé à coudre, j'ai réalisé que quelques-unes avaient besoin de beaucoup d'aide (voilà pourquoi il n'y a aucune photo de la fabrication) et que tous les pantalons étaient vraiment trop grands. Là, c'était évident, cette idée était la pire.

Mais lorsque j'ai vu les filles toutes souriantes et fières dans leur pyjama assorti, je suis arrivée à la conclusion que c'était une idée merveilleuse (mais je ne le referai JAMAIS!).
